Procedure Introduction
1. Prepare and drape the affected joint (e.g., shoulder, elbow, stifle) in aseptic fashion.
2. Establish standard arthroscopic portals using small skin incisions.
3. Insert VetLuc arthroscopy through the viewing portal and connect the fluid inflow.
4. Systematically examine intra-articular structures under direct visualization.
5. Use specialized Feichong arthroscopic instruments (e.g., probe, rongeur, shaver) to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
6. Ensure complete lavage of the joint cavity to remove loose bodies or debris.
7. Remove instruments and close the portal sites with 1–2 sutures each.
