August 20–24, 2025 – The Rejoin Medical management team successfully completed its Leadership Development Program along the Yizhao Highway in Xinjiang, China.
This event was not only a test of teamwork but also a practical embodiment of Rejoin’s strategic vision: “From Made in China to a Global Benchmark.”
Through three days and two nights of alpine grassland trekking, task challenges, and leadership courses, the team translated the CEO’s four core leadership principles—Creating Meaning, Developing Self and Others, Leading Change, and Achieving Excellence—into action. The journey ultimately delivered a powerful “leadership report card,” injecting fresh momentum into Rejoin’s global aspirations.
Day 1
Icebreaking and Creating Meaning
From Strategic Consensus to Action Consensus
On the first day, managers from Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing gathered at Tekesi, at the foot of the Tianshan Mountains. During the opening ceremony, icebreaking activities such as the “10-Second Applause” and “Greetings Across Time” quickly broke down barriers of region and hierarchy, building trust within the team.
Through team names, mottos, flags, and songs, participants defined shared goals and strategic meaning. Each member also completed a “Leadership Awareness Card,” reflecting on their role, identifying personal strengths, and setting goals for growth—marking the first step in their leadership journey.
In his opening address, Mr. Xu Shengjun, CEO of Rejoin Group, emphasized:
“In the next three years, Rejoin must rise from ‘Made in China’ to a ‘Global Benchmark.’ Success depends on whether each manager can act as a strategist, a culture-builder, and a driver of change. Leadership is not about titles—it is the power to make strategy real. We must elevate strategy into belief, win trust through professionalism, and connect diverse cultures with stories, making ‘Integrity, Responsibility, Respect, and Passion’ a shared language across borders.”
Day 2–3
Developing Self and Others
Leadership Training on the Alpine Grasslands
Over the next two days, the team trekked 21 km across the Sai’ke Cloud Grasslands and the Ili–Zhao Highway, with a total ascent and descent of 2,700 meters. From meadows to canyons and streams to wooden walkways, participants experienced firsthand the truth: “Alone we go fast, but together we go far.”
Under high-intensity trekking and collaborative challenges, each team quickly formed a “captain coordination + peer support” model. Experienced members served as “safety officers,” assisting teammates who struggled, while others used their photography skills to capture “highlight moments,” spreading positivity through images.
As CEO Xu had said: “Innovation is not the privilege of R&D; it is the responsibility of everyone. Strategy is not a slogan—it must guide every detail of our actions.”
Day 4
Leading Change, Achieving Excellence
The Ultimate Test on the Mountain Ridge
The final challenge was a 12 km trek along the Sayram Lake ridgeline.
By this point, the benefits of collaboration and leadership transformation were clear. Teams shared similar strategies, executed with confidence, and were determined to succeed. With “collective completion” as the goal, participants adjusted their pace to support the last teammate, embodying a result-driven mindset.
Ultimately, all three teams crossed the finish line together, demonstrating Rejoin’s spirit of “Never Abandon, Never Give Up.”
Excellence here was not about perfection, but about continuous improvement—staying calm under limited resources, holding to principles amid cultural differences, and pushing boundaries in technical breakthroughs.
Day 5
Return and Outlook
Let Leadership Take Root
Though brief, the journey fully integrated the leadership model:
• Creating Meaning – Aligning goals and strengthening communication to clarify the “why.”
• Developing Self and Others – Empowering individuals and the collective through coaching and team building.
• Leading Change – Facing uncertainty with innovation and resolving challenges with organizational wisdom.
• Achieving Excellence – Driving efficiency with a results-oriented mindset while upholding integrity and principles.
With vision and strategy in hand, the Rejoin management team is prepared to transform belief into action, win trust with professionalism, and bridge cultural gaps with collaboration. These foundations will support the company’s bold ambition: “No.1 in China, Top 3 Globally.”
Looking ahead, Rejoin will continue to use the leadership model as a compass, embedding the “team spirit” and “collaborative culture” from this journey into daily management, ensuring shared growth between the company and its employees.
Because true excellence always begins with “us”—and is achieved by “us.”
